Stage 01
Pre-payroll preparation

Stage 02
Payroll calculation

Taxes will also be assessed in this process, and then considering all this, we create the payroll statement. For verification and taxes, we correspond with the HR advice and calculated data of the previous month.

After the verification is successful in stage two, we proceed with the second process, payroll calculations. If the validation was inconclusive, then we revise the process again to confirm its verification.

Stage 03
Post- Payroll process

The locked and verified payroll and all other information are entered into the accounting system (JV). JV calculates the gross salary and sends back the bank transfer advice, which will be printed, issued, or published in payslips.
