HR Executive

The Dovetail is currently in the process of recruiting an HR Executive for a Jewelry digitization firm based in Mumbai. This is a full-time position.

We are looking for a knowledgeable HR professional who can implement various strategies and policies across the organization, analyze the effect of implementation and correcting the course if required. This will be a full-time position and the candidate will have to work closely with the employees in the organization for bringing the desired change and structure.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• To implement policies and strategies across the organization.
• To design and implement various training and development sessions from time to time.
• To look after the learning needs of the organization.
• To be an integral part of creating a culture within the organization.
• To design and maintain the job evaluation methodology.
• To check the consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and procedures.
• To look after the general HR responsibilities such as Recruitment, Talent Management, Compliance, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Graduation with specialization in HR.
• 2-3+ Years of relevant experience in the field of HR..

Downstream Production

The Dovetail is currently recruiting for an Officer Production for a leading Healthcare Product manufacturing company based in Andhra Pradesh.
This is a full-time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Set up and turnaround of all process equipment in downstream.
• Operation of Chromatographic Systems, Multiple Effect Evaporation and Carbon Filter Press.
• To document and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulations and ensure junior team members are trained.
• Operate general production equipment such as Analytical Scales, pH/conductivity meters, etc.
• To perform COP, CIP, and SIP as per the schedule and whenever necessary for all equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering OR Biotechnology.
