The Dovetail is currently in the process of recruiting an HR Executive for a Jewelry digitization firm based in Mumbai. This is a full-time position.
We are looking for a knowledgeable HR professional who can implement various strategies and policies across the organization, analyze the effect of implementation and correcting the course if required. This will be a full-time position and the candidate will have to work closely with the employees in the organization for bringing the desired change and structure.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- To implement policies and strategies across the organization.
- To design and implement various training and development sessions from time to time.
- To look after the learning needs of the organization.
- To be an integral part of creating a culture within the organization.
- To design and maintain the job evaluation methodology.
- To check the consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and procedures.
- To look after the general HR responsibilities such as Recruitment, Talent Management, Compliance, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Graduation with specialization in HR.
- 2-3+ Years of relevant experience in the field of HR..
