During this period, she has been closely working with the top clientele across the industry verticals and has been instrumental in the sourcing many leaders across various sectors. Today Career Graph is amongst the premier executive search firms in the country.

Mr. Chibber has been a professional in the field of Human Resources for over thirty years. His experience tenures in the Public as well as Private sectors, Manufacturing and Service Industries. He has served in companies such as the Unit Trust of India, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited,
Great Eastern Shipping Company, Wockhardt and Reliance Industries Limited.
As a professional manager and HR Leader in large organizations he has experienced first-hand what it means to deal with difficult management issues.
He has had the distinctive experience of straddling the two ends of Human Resource field- Organizational Development and Management of change as well as Industrial Relations, involving constitutional litigation.
